1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Skill Rise IT Academy website (the “Site”) or enrolling in any of our training programmes, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

2. Eligibility

Our programmes are open to individuals who are at least 16 years of age. Participants under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Enrolment & Payments

Course fees are displayed at the time of enrolment and are subject to change. Full payment is required before access to course materials is granted unless a specific instalment plan has been agreed in writing. Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests submitted within 3 business days of enrolment and before accessing more than 20% of the course content will receive a full refund. After this window, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, email info@skillriseitacademy.com with your enrolment details.

5. Course Access & Completion

Upon enrolment, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access course materials for the duration specified. Sharing login credentials or distributing course content to third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, videos, assessments, and branding on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of SkillRise IT Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors, staff, and fellow students. Harassment, discrimination, cheating, or any form of misconduct will result in immediate removal from the programme without refund. SkillRise IT Academy reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

8. Certificates

Certificates of completion are awarded upon successfully meeting programme requirements. Skill Rise IT Academy certificates are industry-recognised but are not government-accredited qualifications unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to withhold certificates for academic dishonesty.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and course materials are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. SkillRise IT Academy does not guarantee specific career outcomes, salary increases, or job placements. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that course content is error-free or perpetually up to date.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skill Rise IT Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant course.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
